Project Details
SCC took an unfinished basement and added two bedrooms (one is being used as a workout room), a bathroom, wet bar, pool table/rec area, and theater area. We also removed all the carpeting and trim off the staircase and installed hickory hardwood at the steps and landing along with new base and skirt boards. We painted and enameled everything from the start of the staircase down through the entire basement. We added the fireplace, and a new french patio door. All the cabinets are custom throughout the basement. We collaborated with Natalie Riesselman of Bell Interiors on the design and finishes of the project.
