When Valley Outreach again contacted us with remodeling needs, we were excited to again work with them. We had previously remodeled their office space, but this time we were up for a bigger challenge. Valley Outreach was looking to remodel their food shelf warehouse area to increase supply and service capacity. We demoed the existing divider walls, along with cutting open structural walls to install new steel framing. We also installed massive walk in coolers and freezers to be able to increase Valley Outreach’s service to the community. This has been especially important due to the high increase of need, due to COVID 19. Our scope of work included demoing their existing partition walls, along with redoing parts of the structural framing to allow for the new freezer system. We also rerouted their sprinkler system, along with sanding, polishing and refinishing their existing concrete floors. We also worked to create new fire escape routes that function well with the new layout.
